Glen and his team did an outstanding job on our raise/renovation project! It was a major undertaking to raise a 90 year old house up on pilons, modernize it, bring it up to current standards, and retain major original elements. Now, it's been 3 months since project completion and the house has gone through several long-duration windstorms, pounding rain, and yes, even a minor earthquake. We absolutely still see the quality and professional work that the Newman Building team has put into the project! Glen and his project coordinator, Linda, always communicated with us throughout the entire project, which we thought was highly professional. Another huge plus was that he guided us in the right direction on many decisions that had to be made on the spot due to several unexpected problems that got uncovered on such an old structure. Glen and his team handled each challenge with professionalism, clear guidance, an excellent execution. His team knew exactly how to work with the town on permits and modifications to the plan too, and we found that expertise to be invaluable. We had to be able to trust our contractor on such a major undertaking where the risks were high, and the Newman Building team went above and beyond in earning that trust. Glenn was super professional and very quick to come and assess our home after a nor’easter damaged my house. He gave me a great rate, completed all of the agreed upon work within the timetable and I was beyond happy with the results. His workers were diligent and very hardworking. Glen and his team are great! My roof needed to be replaced and they did an outstanding job!! My roof had a pretty steep pitch and some dormers on top. Glen took care of everything from the planning to completion. His team was out when promised and they had the entire job done in less than two days. They did a great job and didn’t cut any corners. I also have three skylights and not a single leak. I would highly recommend Newman Building to my family and closest friends. In fact they did work for several of my neighbors already and everyone has been thrilled. To top it all off his prices are very fair. Go with Newman Building, you won’t be disappointed!
